Phaeven is new. We have no wall of logos to show you and we’re not going to invent one. What we have instead is a guarantee that puts our own fee at risk, and room for a small number of founding med spas who want a say in how Ava works before everyone else gets her.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. Ava runs on the same voice models used in premium consumer products. Most callers never realize they aren't talking to a person.
Does she give medical advice?
Never. Ava books, reschedules, and answers logistics: hours, location, what a consult involves, what to expect. Anything clinical goes to you.
What if a caller needs a real person?
He takes the details and texts you right away. Nothing gets stuck in a voicemail box nobody checks.
Does she work with our booking system?
We confirm your exact system on the setup call and connect Ava to it. If your front desk can book into it, so can she.
How long does setup take?

What does it cost?
A one-time setup and a flat monthly rate. We go through the numbers on the call, next to the guarantee below.
The Full-Chair Guarantee
15 booked appointments in 30 days, or you stop paying.
Ava has thirty days to put fifteen new booked appointments on your calendar. If she doesn’t get there, your monthly fee is waived until she does. We keep answering your phone either way.
What counts
A new patient who called your line, spoke to Ava, and ended up on your calendar with a date and time. Consults count. Treatments count.
What doesn't
Existing patients rescheduling. Cancellations. No-shows you never saw. Anything Ava didn't book herself.
How it's counted
Every call Ava takes is logged with a recording, a transcript, and the calendar entry it produced. You can audit the whole list any day of the month. No dashboard math you have to trust.
If we miss
Your monthly fee is waived, and stays waived, until the fifteenth booking lands. We keep working the line the entire time. You are never paying a monthly fee for a month that fell short.
One-time setup fee is non-refundable and covers building your Ava: your hours, your treatments, your calendar, your intake questions. The guarantee applies to the monthly fee.
